Shop and Establishment Act Licence

All business owners who wish to open a shop or commercial establishment in India must obtain the required Shop Licence. To do so, they must apply to the Chief Inspector appointed by the state government within a prescribed period. The application must contain the following details;

  3. Establishment’s name and category
