Step 1: Get your code
The first thing you’ll need is your code. The easiest way to do that is from a friend or family member who has purchased an item from our online catalog. You may have added an extra character after a period or have mistyped something; just go back and fix these errors. After correcting them, try submitting again until it takes you directly to Account Settings. It might take a few tries before everything is perfect, but once there is no problem with your info, it should work seamlessly from then on.
Step 4: Enter the numbers
After entering your code, you’ll get a screen like below. Now type in the numbers using your keyboard and press enter! Finally, another box will pop up. Click redeem one more time! Voilà! You should be able to play now. Congratulations on claiming your prize on Roblox!
