Right, so this golf course. Been sitting there growing weeds since what, 2019? Finally, the city decides to do something. And what’s their brilliant plan? Houses. Lots of ’em. Single-family, townhouses, apartments – the whole nine yards. Had a client call me today, all excited. “Jessica, is this good news?” Hell if I know, Karen. Do I look like a fortune teller?

If you’re thinking of buying… good luck. Seriously. The market’s nuts. And don’t even get me started on the people asking me about what is a townhouse vs duplex. I swear, if I have to explain the difference one more time, I’m gonna lose it. Oh, and the folks over at Mills Farm homes for sale? They’re freaking out. “Will our property values go up?” How should I know? Let me check my crystal ball. Oh wait, it’s in the shop.

You know what? If you’re that desperate for a golf course view, go check out Loch Lloyd golf course. At least that one’s still a golf course. For now. Bottom line: Overland Park’s changing.
